About Us
Nectar Beauty Academy is a not-for-profit beauty school that was established to offer world-class training to young Nigerians interested in the beauty industry.
At Nectar Beauty Academy, we understand that sometimes people want a change of career, open a business or even just gain a new skill. Our program is modular to offer existing beauty workers and even novices to do just that. With an industry level of experience in the beauty industry, we decided to pass on our knowledge and wealth of experience to eager and excited beauty students all over the country that allows you to train alongside your job.
Our Mission
To provide expert training and certifications to beauty and wellness practitioners in Nigeria, elevating them to international standard professionals. We do this through a hands-on approach, working at their own pace, and in a state-of-the-art environment.

Our History and Milestones
2015 – 2017
Milestone 1
Established in 2015, following visits to Yaba train station and Ikeja Under-bridge where women sought shelter to express their skills in the beauty services.
2017 – 2021
Milestone 2
Trained 5000 nail technicians, 2874 Makeup Artists and 3506 Hair Stylists.
60 massage therapist/ cosmetologist training by internationally certified experts
Sponsored 7 all expenses paid trip for certification in Dubai – participants’ first trips out of Nigeria.
2022 – 2025
Milestone 3
Our forecast is to train 10,000 students by 2025
Pivoted our offerings despite a hard hit by the COVID pandemic, and now stand ready to serve even more people, through a hybrid training model.
